Florencia Henshaw awarded Conference Attendee Travel Stipend to attend AATSP 2020 Annual Conference

The American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese (AATSP) has awarded Florencia Henshaw their Conference Attendee Travel Stipend award to attend the AATSP 2020 Annual Conference in Puerto Rico. This is a highly selective travel award.  Florencia will be sharing her expertise through her two scheduled presentations: "Teaching Spelling to Heritage Learners: Why, What, and How" and "Video Conferencing with Native Speakers: Ideas for Mixed Classes." Her scholarship and expertise in Second Language Acquisition as it pertains to teaching and language learning is widely and deservedly recognized. Congratulations Florencia!
